Haward Joseph

Haward Joseph has a strong background in data analysis and data quality. Haward began their career as a Controller - Methods at Saudi Oger Ltd. where they were responsible for delivering operations and maintenance metrics and costs and ensuring overall data quality. Haward then joined Mphasis as a Senior Officer, where they delivered technical data analysis reports and applied quality procedures. At Software AG, Haward worked as an MIS Consultant, delivering data quality tables and reports, managing data collection and security, and improving processes. Currently, they work at First American Title as a Lead Data Quality, where they work closely with the Director, Strategy & Legacy Systems to analyze, design, and implement data quality initiatives. Haward is also responsible for defining data measures, thresholds, rules, and controls and maintaining business rules documentation. Haward has a total of 16 years of experience in data profiling, data mapping, and requirement gathering.

Haward Joseph earned a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from IIMS during the years 2008 to 2010. Haward obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Madras from 1990 to 1993. Haward'sschooling was completed at VCHSS, where they acquired their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 1980 to 1985.
