Jack Hanrahan

Jack Hanrahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jack started their career at Citizens Bank, Shawnee, Ks., where they served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Lender from an unknown start date until 1991. During their time there, they were known for making various types of commercial loans, including SBA loans and commercial real estate loans, for the bank's clients. Jack achieved a high ranking in terms of originations and fee income for the bank for five consecutive years.

In 1991, Hanrahan founded their own company called Hanrahan Investments LLC, where they held the role of Principal/CEO. At Hanrahan Investments LLC, they primarily provided consulting services to business clients, assisting them with additional financing and establishing new banking, legal, and accounting relationships. Additionally, they co-founded and co-owned a series of live music nightclub and food concept venues in multiple states.

In 2006, Hanrahan joined First American Title as a Commercial Sales Manager and Vice President. In this role, they supported current and prospective commercial real estate clients, as well as bankers, attorneys, and brokers with various title-related issues in transactions occurring across all 50 states. Jack also handled aspects such as ALTA Surveys, Express Maps, Phase 1 assessments, and Zoning issues for due diligence purposes.

Jack Hanrahan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition, they hold a Title Producer License from the Missouri and Kansas Departments of Insurance Compliance, which they obtained in 2006.
