Jeff Carpenter

Jeff Carpenter is a seasoned professional in product design and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Product Design & Marketing at First American since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Product Design & UX at Lumen Technologies and ScienceLogic, and CEO & Chief Product Officer at Live Earth, where Jeff contributed to an advanced mapping platform for real-time data visualization. As CEO & Head of User Experience at Ringtail Design, Jeff developed intuitive software solutions and visualization tools. Earlier roles include CEO & Head of Product Design at AgileGraph, and key positions at Ticom Geomatics, Overwatch Systems, and CameraMouse, focusing on innovative product development and user-centric design. Jeff holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Trinity University.
