Andrew Batey has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Andrew is currently serving as the VP of Customer Success & Delivery at First AML since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ELMO Software as the NZ Sales Manager from September 2019 to March 2023. During their time at ELMO, they played a crucial role in providing innovative cloud HR, payroll, and rostering/ time & attendance technology to more than 3,500 organizations across APAC.

Before joining ELMO, Andrew held multiple roles at Michael Page, starting as a Consultant specializing in Finance & Financial Services from January 2011 to June 2014. Andrew then served as a Senior Consultant, Manager - Marketing, Manager - Sales & Marketing, and Associate Director in various departments, including finance, sales, and HR, from July 2014 to August 2019.

Andrew also has international experience, having worked as a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank in London from June 2009 to September 2010 and as part of the Equity Operations team at Goldman Sachs, also in London, from March 2007 to March 2008.

Andrew began their career as a Product Manager & Marketing Rep at MG Marketing from January 2005 to March 2007. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, HR technology, finance, and customer success.

Andrew Batey obtained a BA degree in Psychology & Marketing from the University of Canterbury, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
