Justin Maldonado

Justin Maldonado has accumulated extensive experience in client care and technical support, serving as a Client Care Specialist at NXTsoft since January 2020 and previously at CCMC, Inc. from September 2018 to January 2020. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Aptos Retail from October 2014 to April 2018 and began a career in customer service as a Recreation Attendant at Nickelodeon Suites Resort from January 2012 to October 2014. Justin holds a degree in Computer Animation from Full Sail University and an Associate's degree in Visual Arts from Dutchess Community College, along with an Advanced High School Diploma in Communications, focusing on digital media, from Newburgh Free Academy.
