Napoleon Armah has work experience as a Relationship Manager at GUARANTY TRUST BANK (GHANA) LIMITED from March 2014 to December 2020. Napoleon is currently working as a Senior Relationship Manager at First Atlantic Bank Ghana since June 2021.

Napoleon Armah has a diverse educational background in finance and business. Napoleon obtained their Chartered Global Investment Analyst (CGIA) certification from the CGIA Institute in July 2021, with a focus on finance and investment. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, from 2014 to 2016. In 2008, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Banking and Finance from Central University. Additionally, their earlier education includes attending Prempeh College, where they studied business.
