Nii Amponsah Quainoo

Head, Corporate Communications at First Atlantic Bank Limited

Nii Amponsah Quainoo has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Nii Amponsah began their career as an intern in computer technology at the National Archives. Nii Amponsah then worked as a contract staff at the Social Security & National Insurance Trust before joining TOP RADIO 103.1 FM as the Head of Events & Promotions. After that, they joined CITI 97.3 FM as an Events & Promotions Executive. Nii Amponsah Quainoo then moved to UBA Ghana, where they worked in Marketing Communications, Brand, and Event Management. During their time at UBA, they successfully executed various events, supervised branch launches, and played a vital role in brand management. In 2016, they joined First Atlantic Bank Ghana as the Team Lead of Corporate Communications and subsequently served as the Ag. Head and is currently the Head of Corporate Communications. Additionally, Nii Amponsah Quainoo served as the PTA Chairman at Paradise Children Academy from 2018 until 2023.

Nii Amponsah Quainoo has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1989, they attended Pope Jojn's Secondary School, where they completed their O-Levels in Business. Nii Amponsah then pursued A-levels at Sekondi College from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Business studies. In 1997, Nii obtained a Diploma in Data Processing Management from the NCR Computer Science Institute.

Continuing their education, they joined Central University College from 2000 to 2005 and earned a BSc in Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management. In 2011, Nii attended the GIMPA Law Faculty in Ghana, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, completing their studies in 2014.

In 2018, Nii enrolled at the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies for a Professional Certificate II in Paralegal Services and Consulting. Nii Amponsah attended the Ghana Institute of Journalism from 2019 to 2020 and completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Development Communication. Finally, in 2020, Nii became an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Relations Practitioners (I.P.R), specializing in Communications and PR.
