Arman Novencido

Arman Novencido serves as the Assistant Vice-President and Project Planning & Innovations Head at First Balfour, a position held since July 2013, after progressing from Senior Manager and Assistant Manager roles within the company. Arman has extensive experience in project planning and monitoring, particularly in managing policies that support estimating and operations for improved company performance. Previous roles include Construction In-Charge and Planning Engineer at Terraprime, Inc. and First Balfour, respectively, where responsibilities involved supervising project activities and producing construction schedules. Arman's career in engineering began at the National Power Corporation, where significant contributions were made to housing projects linked to power facilities. Arman holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis College and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
