Joel Co

Joel Co has extensive experience in project procurement and cost control within the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Procurement Officer at First Balfour, Inc. since February 2013. Prior to this role, Joel Co worked at AG&P-Nouvelle Caledonie from September 2006 to December 2012 as Manager of Contracts & Cost Control, overseeing the AG&P-SMP2 Construction Contract and managing project budgets for contract variations. Joel Co's career began at First Balfour, Inc. as a Senior QS / Commercial Engineer from November 1999 to April 2006, focusing on payment applications and commercial risk management, and earlier experience includes a position as Project Cost Control Engineer at AG&P from May 1995 to October 1999. Joel Co holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mapúa University, completed in 1994, and received education at Malate Catholic School prior to that.
