Paula Huergo

Paula Huergo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paula started their career as a Member Service Representative at Princeton Credit Union in 2007. Paula then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Grand Bank N.A. from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they worked as a Human Resource Administrator at CORE Consulting and Staffing from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Princeton Blue, Inc. as an HR Manager. In 2015, they became a General Manager at Wes & J Co. Dba Homeinstead Senior Care. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Grand Bank N.A. as an Assistant Vice President in the role of Corporate Secretary & C-Level Executive Assistant. Paula then joined First Bank NJ in 2019 as an Assistant Vice President in the Strategic Planning department. Paula subsequently held positions of VP/ Strategic Planning Officer and currently serves as the SVP/Strategic Planning & Operations Officer at First Bank NJ.

Paula Huergo holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as the Accelerated Microsoft Excel Certificate from SkillPath in March 2022, and the ABA Compliance School - Foundational certification from the American Bankers Association in May 2021.
