Shawn Porter

Shawn Porter has a strong background in the banking industry with extensive experience in various roles. Shawn started their career at Wells Fargo as a Credit Analyst in 1998, where they worked until 2007. Following this, they joined Regions Financial Corporation as a Commercial Underwriter for one year. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at First Tennessee Bank as a Business Banking Relationship Manager VP. Shawn then moved to HomeTrust Bank as a Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager from 2016 to 2019. After that, they worked at TruPoint Bank as a Vice President Commercial Lending for a few months in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President- Kingsport City Executive at First Bank and Trust, starting in July 2019.

Shawn Porter attended Pitt Community College from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on General Studies. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they studied Graphic Design at Tompkins Cortland Community College.
