Claudia Phalen

Claudia Phalen is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in business banking credit, currently serving as VP and Business Banking Credit Officer at First Bank Chicago since July 2021. Previously, Claudia held the positions of VP and AVP Business Banking Credit Officer at First Bank of Highland Park from January 2019 to April 2023. An extensive career also includes the role of Senior Credit Analyst at BankFinancial from January 2007 to January 2019. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad de Guanajuato, with additional educational experience at Université de Tours.
