Patty Adams

Patty Adams serves as the Executive Director of Talent Management at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Talent Management. Prior to Xeris, Patty was the Head of HR Consulting at Mix Talent from January 2021 to October 2023, providing strategic HR advisory and operational services in the life sciences sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Aptinyx Inc., where Patty managed operations supporting a significant merger and transition to IPO readiness. Additional roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Durata Therapeutics, Vice President of Human Resources at SagePath Medical, BioSante Pharmaceuticals, and Lundbeck Inc., and various HR functions at Takeda. Patty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Columbia College and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
