Priscilla Ugbonta

Priscilla Ugbonta is an experienced professional in customer service and human resources, currently serving as a Learning Center Coordinator, Talent Management Officer, and Human Resources Generalist/Manager at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Priscilla worked at FirstBank from June 2018 to December 2021 as a Customer Service Consultant, managing customer interactions and promoting bank products. Earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Colonades Hotel from February 2016 to May 2018, where a reward and recognition system was implemented, leading to improved productivity.
