Clayton T. Judd

Clayton T. Judd, MBA, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at First Bank Richmond since May 2021, following a previous role as Vice President, Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Clayton held the position of Human Resources Manager at Osborn from May 2018 to May 2021 and at Stant from May 2011 to April 2018, where multiple titles were held, including Human Resources Supervisor and Purchasing Coordinator. Clayton has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College, teaching Business 101, and served as a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University's Miller College of Business. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration, both obtained from Ball State University.
