Tirsza Brooks

Tirsza Brooks is the Vice President Community Manager for Consumer & Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since May 2021, where Tirsza focuses on financial health strategies to address wealth gaps in Black, Hispanic, and Latino communities while empowering small businesses. Prior experience includes small business development at The Business Blueprint LLC, providing coaching on business credit, and roles at PNC and Fiserv, offering financial literacy education and business solutions. Tirsza also held a Territory Account Manager position at Bank of America Merchant Services, optimizing profitability for small to medium-sized businesses. Tirsza holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (anticipated completion May 2024) and an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College.
