Paul Spearing

Paul Spearing has extensive experience in the banking industry, with their most recent role being Vice President - Sponsor Finance at First Bank since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at First Bank from 2019 to 2021. Before joining First Bank, Paul worked at PNC for a significant period. At PNC, they served as VP - Corporate & Institutional Bank Senior Underwriter from 2011 to 2017, where they independently underwrote and managed a portfolio of large and complex commercial credit relationships. Paul also worked as a Corporate Banking Analyst at PNC from 2010 to 2011.
