Carolyn A. Hipkins

Carolyn A. Hipkins is an accomplished management analyst with extensive experience in church leadership and web development. Currently serving as a management analyst at Proxy Personnel since June 2012, Carolyn developed comprehensive training manuals and user guides for electronic systems. As an associate pastor and Facebook community manager at First Baptist Church of Glenarden, Carolyn significantly expanded and engaged the church's online community. Previous roles include web designer and developer for Beechfield United Methodist Church and pastor for Ames-Sudbrook United Methodist Church, where Carolyn also spearheaded website development. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University and two Master of Divinity degrees from Wesley Theological Seminary, along with a certificate in web design from Towson University.
