Marija Kostic

Marija Kostic is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer support and financial administration. Currently serving as Customer Support Supervisor at First Beat Media Inc. since October 2012, Marija leads a team of 15, focusing on performance management, coaching, and project development while maintaining communication between developers and management. Previous roles include Senior Customer Service Representative, where performance reviews and feedback on agents’ work were conducted, and Customer Support Representative, providing bilingual support. Marija's earlier experience includes stints in the financial departments of Nestle Adriatic Foods and Sberbank, as well as an internship at Sinteza Invest Group. Marija holds a Master of Education in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
