Ian Leaman is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and product management. Currently serving as an Advisor at First Bite since October 2025, Ian previously co-founded and led Pantry AI as CEO from April 2023 until its acquisition by First Bite. Ian's career includes significant roles at HubSpot, where responsibilities encompassed Product Lead for AI with interim group leadership for AI Products, Data Science, and ML Ops, and earlier as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager for artificial intelligence. As a co-founder and Head of Product at Acenna Data from September 2013 to April 2019, Ian contributed to the company's acquisition by HubSpot. Ian's career began with a PM internship at Microsoft. Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tufts University.
