Lynn Ann Arians

Lynn Ann Arians has been the Director of Corporate Governance & Corporate Secretary at First Business since March 2017. Prior to that, they were with CUNA Mutual Group from December 2008 to March 2017 as a Board Governance Analyst. From December 2007 to November 2008, Ms. Arians was Branch Manager at Park Bank-Madison. Lynn also served as Retail Services Manager at State Bank of Cross Plains from June 2006 to November 2007.

Ms. Arians has been involved with Cross Plains Business Association since October 1997 and served as its Executive Director from June 2006 to November 2007. Prior to that, they were the Research Coordinator at Dean Foundation for Health Research and Education from April 1997 to June 2006. Lynn also worked as a Program Secretary/Economic Support Specialist/Administrative Assistant for Grant County, Wisconsin from December 1989 to December 1996.

Ms. Arians is also a Co-Owner/Manager of Fred's Club, a position they have held since December 1988. Lynn began their career as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Marketing at TDS in December 1986.

Lynn Ann Arians is a Certified Professional Coach from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lynn has a Marketing & Human Resources degree from Edgewood College and an Associate Degree in High Honors from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College.

Lynn Ann Arians reports to Corey A. Chambas, President & CEO. They are on a team with Barbara Conley - General Counsel, Theresa Wiese - Managing Director, Compliance & Risk Management, and Nancy Johnshoy - SVP, Portfolio Manager & Market Strategist.
