Theresa Wiese

Theresa Wiese has been with First Business Bank since 1993, serving as the Managing Director of Compliance & Risk Management. Prior to that, Theresa worked at Bank Mutual as a Branch Manager and at State Department Federal Credit Union as the Manager of Training Department. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Theresa also holds a Real Estate License. Throughout their career, Theresa has gained experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, operations, facilities design and management, as well as managing risk management processes and serving as a compliance officer and BSA officer.
