Crysta Hutchings-M'Keown

Crysta Hutchings-M'Keown has extensive work experience at FCT. Crysta currently holds the position of Director Business Process, which they began in November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Manager Business Process Management for over 13 years, from May 2008 to November 2021.

Before their managerial positions, Crysta held various roles within FCT, including Senior Manager, Reporting, Communication and Support, from June 2005 to March 2008. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team supporting operational systems and overseeing the development and upgrading of reports.

From July 2001 to June 2005, Crysta served as the Manager of Process Development, where they contributed to the improvement and implementation of processes. Crysta also held the position of Manager, Processing Services from October 2000 to July 2001, in which they managed processing services for the company.

Crysta's earlier experiences at FCT include roles such as Team Leader - Operations - Lender Services from July 1999 to October 2000 and Operations Analyst - Lender Services from August 1998 to July 1999.

Crysta Hutchings-M'Keown earned a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Career Leap Institute in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Law Clerk degree in Law from Humber College between 1996 and 2000.
