Hala Ismauil

Hala Ismauil is a seasoned professional in quality assurance with extensive experience in software testing and team leadership. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at FCT since January 2013, Hala oversees quality assurance testing for client software development projects, coaches team members in Scrum practices, and successfully led significant projects to timely completion with minimal defects. Prior roles include IT Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and IT Quality Assurance Analyst at DRN Commerce, where Hala conducted various testing methodologies and created effective test plans. Hala's career began with roles at Phoenix Interactive as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Western University as a Junior Software Developer. Hala holds a BSc in Computer Science from Western University, supplemental certifications in project management and C# programming, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad.
