Paula Capicotto

Paula Capicotto has a diverse work experience in the insurance and title services industry. Paula started their career as a Law Clerk at Confederation Life Insurance Company in 1986 and worked there for nine years. Paula then joined First American Title in 1997 as an Underwriter for commercial and residential title insurance services. After two years, they became the Manager of Commercial Title Insurance Services at First American Title, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, Paula joined FCT as the Director of Operations for Commercial and Residential Title Insurance Services. Paula held this position until 2010 when they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations for Commercial, Residential, and Lending Services. In 2011, they were promoted again to become the Director of Operations for Commercial Solutions at FCT. Paula's extensive experience demonstrates their expertise in operations and management within the insurance and title services industry.

Paula Capicotto has pursued various educational programs throughout their career. Paula studied Women in Leadership at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Paula also completed a CX Leadership and Implementation program at the Accelaration Academy. Furthermore, Paula undertook studies in Lean Operational Excellence at the Schulich School of Business, York University. Paula obtained a degree in Innovation Management from the same institution. Additionally, they pursued Legal Studies at Seneca Polytechnic and Leadership training at SkillPath.
