Peter Kosela

Peter Kosela is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and operational management. Currently serving as Head of Secured Enforcement - Default Solutions at FCT, Peter oversees product, operations, growth, and technology development within the secured enforcement sector. In addition, Peter works as an Executive Management Consultant for multiple projects in financial services and legal sectors, focusing on RFPs, secured recovery, and performance improvement. Previous roles include Director at the North American Export Committee and Vice President of Portfolio Management at Axis Auto Finance, where Peter led critical operational projects. With a foundational career in recovery operations, including a significant tenure at ASSET INC and early experience in customs brokerage, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to drive organizational effectiveness and innovation.
