Steve Winders

Steve Winders is an experienced leader in business transformation and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation at FCT since September 2019. In this role, Steve leads a cross-functional team focused on enhancing the Residential Lending Services business through innovative practices, including the establishment of a transformation center of excellence and re-platforming technology ecosystems. Prior to FCT, Steve held several significant positions at TD, including Head of Data & Analytics for the North American Contact Center and Vice President of Real Estate Secured Lending, where Steve effectively managed large teams and delivered impactful business solutions. Steve's expertise encompasses process automation, customer journey design, and performance management, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Western University.
