Charlie Ricard

Charlie Ricard is a Civil Engineer currently employed at First Capital Engineering, Inc. since February 2024. Ricard has an extensive background in ice hockey coaching, serving as the Head Ice Hockey Coach for the Palmyra Black Knights since August 2018, and previously as an Assistant Ice Hockey Coach for the 2006 and 2005 AAA teams. Additional coaching experience includes working as an Assistant Coach for Hockey iQ Development since August 2021 and coaching for the Lancaster Firebirds from June 2013 to August 2016. Prior engineering roles include Project Engineer at Pioneer Management LLC from September 2020 to February 2023 and Site Designer at RGS Associates from May 2019 to January 2020. Ricard began a career in engineering after earning a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2019.
