Alex Newby is a seasoned professional in the field of data analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as the Business Intelligence Operations & Platforms Lead at First Central since September 2024. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Alex has held key leadership positions, including Global Head of Data, Analytics & Insight at Rentokil Initial, where responsibilities included embedding digital analytics within marketing teams and creating comprehensive return on advertising spend reports. Prior roles include Head of Analytics at Collinson, where Alex built a team of analysts and data scientists, and Head of Advanced Analytics at AXA PPP Healthcare, where the focus was on developing a data-driven culture across the organization.
