Chris Wren-Kirkham

Chris Wren-Kirkham is an accomplished actuary and finance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Group Chief Actuary and Interim Group CFO at First Central since May 2021, Chris has held several key positions including Chief Financial Officer at LV= and multiple roles at Legal & General from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities included leading financial operations and capital management for both general and legal insurance. Chris’s earlier career includes significant roles at HBOS, Halifax Life, AEGON UK, and Guardian Financial Services, complementing a strong academic background with a MA in Mathematics from Queens' College, University of Cambridge.
