Margarita Chavez Sanchez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Margarita began their career as an ER Technician at Presbyterian Healthcare Services in 2009 and worked there until 2014. In 2013, they also served as a Health Education Faculty member at the University of New Mexico. In 2014, Margarita held various roles, including Health and Wellness Coordinator at Bernalillo County and Graduate Fellow at US Senator Tom Udall's office. Margarita then became a Graduate Health Fellow at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) in 2014-2015.
