Michael Webb

Michael Webb currently serves as a Customer Involvement Officer at First Choice Homes Oldham, focusing on customer engagement to ensure client voices are heard in housing matters. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Restart Advisor at Ingeus, providing support to the unemployed on the government’s Restart Scheme, and as an Executive Officer- Work Coach at the Department for Work and Pensions. Michael also has experience as a Kickstart Employment Adviser, a self-employed courier driver for Hermes, and a Graduate Management Trainee at Alpha Gamma Solutions. Additionally, Michael has an extensive background at McDonald's, progressing from Crew Trainer to Shift Manager over several years. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire and has furthered education through Haringey Adult Learning Service.
