About the Role

First Circle is hiring a Senior Marketing Associate, responsible for rebuilding and shaping the First Circle Brand. They will tackle one of the toughest challenges in the marketing world: How do we become recognised for excellence amongst such a fragmented customer base as 'small business owners'? 

After 7 years of development, our products are already transformational for thousands of business owners, and the key blocker we have to growing more SMEs is simple, but not easy - awareness & reputation. The new joiner will work on:

Performance Objectives:

• Define the First Circle Brand: Refine the First Circle brand so it is unique to our customer base, and have ready to strategically position across all channels & maintains credibility. Undertake market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as future trends

• Reflect Brand through all content and customer touch points: Development and execute Brand Marketing on all online business platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website & other) in a budget conscious way

• Build the First Circle Community: Work alongside the Partnerships team for development and execution of all ground events, promotions, and placements for the business/brand.

Characteristics of a great candidate

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing is required
• Young, hungry, and creative with the willingness to do something that has never been done before
• Well rounded in all aspects of Marketing; from online campaigns to content creation
• Prior track record of delivering outcomes & experimenting
• Experience working in a product led growth company desired
• Data-driven and experimental in how you approach and measure your work
