Kelly Pauley

Kelly Pauley, AAP, CIS, currently serves as Vice President and Risk & Compliance Advisor for Treasury Management Services at First Citizens Bank since September 2021, focusing on the execution and oversight of enterprise risk programs. Prior to this, Kelly held various leadership roles at First New York Federal Credit Union from May 2011 to September 2021, including Assistant Vice President for Operations & Support Services, leading efforts in membership growth and product implementation. Earlier experience includes positions at Members United Corporate FCU, where responsibilities ranged from Payments Product Manager to Electronic Funds Transfer Supervisor. Kelly holds education credentials from Siena College and the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
