Rachael Leffler Ed.d

Rachael Leffler Ed.D has extensive experience in instructional design and education, currently serving as a National Instructional Designer at First Coast Security since September 2023, where collaboration with subject matter experts to develop various instructional materials is a key focus. Prior to this role, Rachael was a Research Consultant at Leffler Labs from January 2021 to September 2023, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Rachael also contributed to the Volusia County School District as an Educator and School Leadership Team Member from January 2022 to June 2023, ensuring alignment with educational requirements and conducting assessments to enhance reading and writing skills. Previously, Rachael held the position of Educator and Department Supervisor in Miami-Dade County Public Schools from 2016 to November 2021, where innovative learning methods were developed, literacy was promoted, and a gifted/AP program was created. Rachael received a Doctor of Education from the University of Miami in 2023, a Master of Education from the University of Florida in 2015, and a Bachelor of Education, also from the University of Florida, in 2014.
