Charlie Phillips

Charlie Phillips, ChFC, CLU, currently serves as the Director of Field Force Training Delivery at First Command Financial Services, Inc., a position held since June 2017. Prior to this role, Charlie worked at Impact Performance Group as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator from September 2000 to June 2017. Charlie's extensive career includes serving as Managing Director at The MONY Group and Vice President of Regional Marketing at AXA Equitable. Charlie holds multiple academic degrees from The American College of Financial Services, including an MS in Management and an MS in Financial Services, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
