Matthew Hirst is currently the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development at First Command Financial Services, Inc. Matthew is also an adjunct faculty at The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Christian University, teaching classes in organizational behavior, human resources strategy, and organizational management. Previously, Matthew worked as a Senior Learning Consultant at Bubo Learning Design, LLC, Senior Consultant at Sirius Solutions, LLLP, and held leadership roles at GameStop, Pier 1, and National City Institute. Matthew holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, among other degrees.
