Jessica Doolan

Jessica Doolan has over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Member Experience Champion at First Commerce Credit Union since May 2015. In this role, Jessica has also held various management positions, including Contact Center Manager and Interim Contact Center Manager, as well as previously working as a Financial Services Officer. Prior to First Commerce, Jessica was a Financial Services Representative at Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union from February 2013 to May 2015 and worked as an Account Representative at Lisle Savings Bank from December 2006 to September 2011.
