Takiya Mayes

Takiya Mayes has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Organizational Communication from Valdosta State University. Takiya is currently the Community Engagement Coordinator at First Commerce Credit Union, with previous experience as a Special Events Coordinator at Valdosta State University and an Event Operations Coordinator at the Arizona Department of Education. Prior to that, Takiya was a Catering Manager at Jessie's Restaurant and Catering and a Lead Teacher at Perimeter Early Learning Center. Throughout their roles, Takiya has shown a strong ability to plan and coordinate events, manage teams, and provide exceptional customer service.
