Aradhna M. Oliphant

Aradhna M. Oliphant is the current Director at First Commonwealth Bank. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. from January 2006 to July 2022. Aradhna also founded, curated, and organized TEDxPittsburgh from January 2008 to December 2012. TEDx is a grassroots initiative created in the spirit of TED's overall mission to research and discover "ideas worth spreading." TEDx events are organized by passionate individuals who seek to uncover new ideas and share the latest research in their local areas that spark conversations in their communities. More than 3000 events are now held annually.

Aradhna M. Oliphant has a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Master of Arts from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Aradhna also has a Bachelor's degree in B.A Arts from Govt Sarojini Naidu Girls P G College, Bhopal. Aradhna has been awarded honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degrees from Waynesburg University and Robert Morris University.
