Eve Given has extensive work experience in human resources and healthcare organizations. Eve is currently the Deputy Head of People at First Community Health and Care since July 2022, previously serving as the Head of Human Resources (Maternity cover) from October 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner / Wellbeing Lead at First Community Health and Care from July 2017 to October 2021.

Before joining First Community Health and Care, Eve worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Kimberly-Clark Professional for a brief period in June 2017. Eve also held various roles at The Children's Trust, starting as a Staff Co-ordinator / HR Assistant from March 2013 to March 2015, and later as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2015 to May 2017.

Eve's earlier experience includes working at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, where they held the positions of Project Lead from October 2010 to June 2011, ESR Team Leader from March 2010 to October 2010, and Recruitment Co-ordinator from July 2008 to March 2010. Eve also worked as a Recruitment Co-ordinator at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust from October 2011 to January 2012.

Their career in human resources began at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant from June 2006 to July 2008. Overall, Eve Given has a strong background in HR, with experience in leadership roles, recruitment, employee coordination, and wellbeing initiatives.

Eve Given completed their education at various institutions. Eve obtained a High School degree from Overton Grange High School between 1998 and 2004. Later, they attended Kingston College, where they earned a Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2007-2008 and a Certificate in Business Awareness and Advanced Professional Study in 2008-2009. Finally, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Kingston University from 2009 to 2011.
