Emre Karcılar

Emre Karcılar has a diverse work experience. Emre started their career in 2018 as a Team Manager at Webhelp, where they worked until 2019. In 2020, they joined Birevim as an Expert of Saving Finance and stayed until 2021. The following year, Emre worked at TELUS International Europe as a Team Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at FIRST CONTACT SERVICE A.S. and will transition to the role of Head of Operations in 2023.

Emre Karcılar completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations (English) from Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi, from the years 2013 to 2018. In 2017, they participated in the Erasmus+ program at Libertas International University, where they focused on International Relations and Diplomacy. Emre also obtained various additional certifications, including Crisis Management, Stress Management in Institutions, Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel, Foreign Trade, Financial Management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Marketing Communication, İç İçi Reklamcılık, and İç Denetim Eğitimi. These certifications were acquired from institutions such as Bilgeİş, İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü, and İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü. The certifications were obtained in July and August 2020.
