As the Title Services Manager, Daniel oversees a staff of service representatives, title searchers, examiners, and county searchers who complete commercial searches, chains of title, and other specialized title projects. By drawing from his vast experience and unique understanding of county records and filing office practices, he has been instrumental to FCS’s growth and expansion since joining us in 1989. He helped launch the Southern California fulfillment center, cultivating relationships with county workers and other service providers in the area to the great benefit of FCS.
Daniel earned his BS in Business from Sacramento State University.
