Ennio Bastos

Ennio Bastos is a Senior Data Scientist with a robust background in data analysis, machine learning, and natural language processing. Currently, at First Decision since February 2023, Ennio is developing a backend for a conversational assistant aimed at integrating with Brazil's Electronic Information System (SEI). Prior projects include designing an AI system for ranking judicial processes based on legal similarity. Ennio has also held senior roles at Coopersystem, focusing on customer permanence estimation and segmentation, and has developed fraud detection technologies in prior positions. Educationally, Ennio is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Computer Science at Universidade de Brasília, building upon a Bachelor's degree in Statistics obtained from the same institution. Experience spans various roles in data analysis and web development, including work at Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (Ipea).
