Mariana da Cruz

Mariana da Cruz is a Tech Recruiter at First Decision since November 2022, responsible for managing and developing new projects, focusing on recruitment and selection in the IT sector, evaluating candidates, screening resumes, and integrating new employees. Additionally, Mariana serves as a School Psychology Intern at the Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal since August 2023 and as an extension researcher at the Universidade de Brasília since March 2023, where the role involves promoting health and social well-being activities for individuals over 50 years old in Riacho Fundo 2. Mariana is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the Universidade de Brasília, expected to graduate in 2025.
