Paul Monaghan

Paul Monaghan is a Sales Operations Manager at First Derivative since December 2016, where responsibilities include driving profitable growth, nurturing C-level relationships, shaping account strategies with the business development team, and providing thought leadership in areas such as crypto, ESG, and regulatory trends. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Research Wizard at Crypto.com from March 2022 to April 2023, and as an Account Executive at Market Resource Partners from July 2015 to December 2016, focusing on client acquisition and account management in the US market. Paul also held positions at Pavers Shoes and DCG Marketing earlier in their career.
