Karen Tang

Karen Tang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the communications and marketing field. Karen most recently worked as the Strategic Communications & Partnerships Lead at First Digital, where they collaborated closely with the company's leadership team to develop messaging and positioning strategies. Karen also managed the implementation of effective communications strategies and led partnerships for new business opportunities. Prior to that, Karen served as the Senior Marketing Communications Manager at First Digital, where they worked on the company's marketing and communications strategy and executed events.

Before joining First Digital, Karen was the Head of Communications at Catheon Gaming, a prominent blockchain gaming and entertainment company. In this role, they oversaw the company's technical, publishing, and partnership capabilities.

Karen also gained experience in the fintech and crypto sector as a Senior Communications Advisor at Pink Tiger Media, where they advised clients and developed communication strategies. Karen has also held positions at Grosvenor Gro, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Artemis Associates, FTI Consulting Strategic Communications, and Control Risks, where they handled various roles in marketing communications, reputation management, and risk consultancy.

Karen Tang completed a Marketing Strategy in the Digital Age program from IMD in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Kingston University.
