Danielle Tetley

Danielle Tetley currently serves as Program Manager at NatWest Group since November 2023 and has extensive experience at first direct, where roles since April 2008 include Change Portfolio Manager and Agile Scrum Master. As a Business Agile Scrum Master, Danielle has managed the Business Readiness for the new online application journey and has contributed to various projects as Business Delivery Manager, focusing on Live Chat and digital services. Previous achievements include overseeing the implementation of Next Generation Telephony and supporting the change delivery for Consumer Duty at HSBC from January 2023 to November 2023.
