Jamie Schwab has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Starting with their most recent position at First Due as a Client Success Manager, Jamie utilizes their expertise to ensure client satisfaction. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Intralinks as a Customer Success Manager, M&A, where they served as the main point of contact for clients and provided onboarding and training support. Before that, Jamie worked at FamilyID, Inc. as a Customer Care Specialist and later as an Account Development Specialist, where they built strong relationships with clients, conducted product on-boardings and trainings, and acquired new business. Jamie also has experience in the public sector, having served as a Captain and First Lieutenant in the Fire Unit at Saint Michael's College Fire and Rescue. Additionally, Jamie worked as an Intern in the Office of the Fire Marshall at the City of Winooski, where they conducted fire code inspections and implemented a new fire safety software. They also gained experience in management as a General Manager Internship at Chagrin Valley Hunt Club, where they oversaw pool operations, managed staff, and organized club events.
Jamie Schwab attended Saint Michael's College from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a minor in Media Studies, Journalism, and Digital Arts. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, Jamie attended University School for their high school education. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jamie also obtained several certifications, including Traffic Incident Management from Responder Safety in July 2017, Responding to Utility Emergencies from Nutmeg power in April 2016, Hazardous Materials Operations from The Pro Board in February 2016, NIMS certifications from FEMA (15, 29, 100, 200, 362, 700, 800) in January 2016, and Basic Life Support-Level CPR from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2018.
