Byron Spivack

Byron Spivack joined First Eagle in June 2011 as Senior Vice President, Director of Compliance and Deputy General Counsel in the Legal and Compliance Department. Previously, Byron worked at MacKay Shields as a Managing Director in the Legal/Compliance Department. Prior to that, he was Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for Ramius and an associate in the Asset Management Group of a large NYC law firm. Byron received his JD from Fordham Law School and BA from SUNY Albany.
